Letter of the week: Hartlepool site 'must look awful to anyone from out of town'

For a long time now I have been complaining to Hartlepool Borough Council about the state of the land next to the old Odeon cinema.

Eventually I got it cleaned up.

However, lately, it has got worse.

When I contacted the council about this land they said it didn’t belong to them.

It is full of litter and must look awful to anyone from out of town.Dave Oliver,Dorchester Drive,Hart Station.
