After seeing off Brackley and Yeovil Town, Pool will make the journey down to St. James’ Park to face an Exeter side currently competing for promotion from the fourth tier.
Pools go into the game four games unbeaten under new manager Dave Challinor. Last time out they thrashed Chesterfield 5-1 at the Proact Stadium thanks to braces from Gus Mafuta and Gime Toure as well as another from in-form forward Luke James.

1. GK - Ben Killip

2. LB - Mark Kitching
Another who will have to be switched on at the back given Exeter's threat from wide positions. Always looks promising going forward but needs more consistent final balls into the box. Photo: Howard Roe
