Here's how our Pools writer expects Darren Sarll's side to line up against Boston - do you agree?
5. Centre-back: Tom Parkes
Could make a case that Parkes has been his side's best performer so far this season. Has had to play a lot of football and lead the back line in the absence of Waterfall but has hardly put a foot wrong defensively. Pools will be mindful of some recent discomfort in his shoulder and the fact he is just one yellow card away from suspension but expect the stand-in skipper to continue in Lincolnshire. 6. Left-back: David Ferguson
Has been the subject of considerable criticism in recent weeks and wasn't at his best on Saturday, particularly in the second half. That said, he's been an ever-present in a back four that has kept five clean sheets in seven games so some of the flak he has received seems a bit unjust. Pools are limited in terms of other options at left-back. Teenager Louis Stephenson played there a handful of times in pre-season but seems to have fallen out of favour since he was hooked at half time following a difficult 45 minutes against Wealdstone last month. 7. Central-midfield: Jack Hunter
Returned from suspension as a second half substitute on Saturday and could be set to come back into the XI to add fresh legs to the midfield. Nathan Sheron, impressive as he has been, has played a lot of football and wasn't at his influential best at the weekend. Hunter, other than his needless red card at Woking, has made a bright start to his Pools career and has offered a goal threat from the edge of the box. Photo: Frank Reid
8. Central-midfield: Greg Sloggett
Feels like there is more to come from the impressive Irishman despite a solid start to life at Pools. His powerful runs from deep made him one of the likeliest routes to goal at the weekend and he attacked set-pieces well. He is continuing to settle into life under Sarll but should get better and better as he returns to full fitness. Photo: Frank Reid
