Here's how our Pools writer expects Darren Sarll's side to line up against Boston - do you agree?
9. Right-midfield: Joe Grey
Looked a little tired in the second half on Saturday but was still one of his side's biggest threats, forcing a couple of saves from Halifax skipper Sam Johnson. Sarll might be tempted to rest him but will be hoping that half an hour spent in the dugout - he was replaced after 62 minutes at the weekend - will allow him to go again. Has been his side's best attacking outlet this term and has already bagged three goals on the road. Photo: Frank Reid
10. Attacking-midfield: Adam Campbell
Dropped out of the side on Saturday for the first time since signing for Pools but played the final 10 minutes as a substitute. Sarll said the versatile forward had been struggling with an injury of late but he looked fine during his late cameo at the weekend and the boss might be tempted to dispense with one of his three central-midfielders in an attempt to increase his side's goal threat. Supporters haven't seen the best of Campbell yet but a move back into his favoured central role might help him ignite his Pools career. Photo: Frank Reid
11. Left-midfield: Luke Charman
For the first time since Charman was forced off 15 minutes into last month's stalemate with Southend, Pools have the option of lining up with a natural left-winger in their side. Both Adam Campbell and Anthony Mancini have struggled to fill Charman's shoes, although Mancini did cause one or two problems at the weekend. Sarll will have to decide between Charman, who trained last Thursday and played the final half an hour against Halifax but has otherwise been sidelined for the last three weeks, or Crystal Palace loanee Roshaun Mathurin, who caught the eye with a lively cameo on Saturday. If Charman can prove his fitness, then expect him to get the nod given his impressive start to the season, his knowledge and understanding of Sarll's system and his diligent work out of possession. 12. Striker: Mani Dieseruvwe
The pressure is beginning to mount on last season's top scorer following a difficult start to the season that's seen him score just once in seven matches. The decision to substitute him for the second week running on Saturday was met with a smattering of boos from frustrated fans who feel Pools aren't playing to their talisman's strengths. The inclusion of either Charman or Mathurin in the side should allow Pools to stretch Boston while Charman delivered some dangerous crosses against Yeovil and a repeat performance from the returning winger should allow Dieservuwe to spend more time in the opposition box. He will be well aware he'll need to start scoring if he's to fend off competition from Gary Madine, who looked much sharper on Saturday than he did on his competitive debut, but Pools will also need to find a way of getting him in more threatening positions.
