After seeing off Brackley and Yeovil Town, Pool will make the journey down to St. James’ Park to face an Exeter side currently competing for promotion from the fourth tier.
Pools go into the game four games unbeaten under new manager Dave Challinor. Last time out they thrashed Chesterfield 5-1 at the Proact Stadium thanks to braces from Gus Mafuta and Gime Toure as well as another from in-form forward Luke James.

9. LW - Gime Toure
A player who would be playing in the Football League if he could show some consistency with his performances. Confidence will be high following a fantastic two goal display at Chesterfield. | Other 3rd Party Photo: Mark Fletcher
10. ST - Luke James
Arguably been Pools' best player since the departure of Craig Hignett. A stunning goal and two assists on Tuesday evening show just how important he is in Dave Challinor's side as he's proving effective both out wide and through the middle. | Other 3rd Party Photo: Mark Fletcher
11. RW - Ryan Donaldson
The Pools skipper has been slightly overshadowed by some of his teammates in recent weeks as he looks to get back amongst the goals. Should start as he has remained solid and consistent and it would be a very bold decision to drop the captain for arguably the biggest game of the season so far. | Other 3rd Party Photo: Leila Coker
12. SUB - Aaron Cunningham
Hasn't started a match since September but could potentially feature should Challinor wish to change to a back five at St. James' Park. | Other 3rd Party Photo: Mark Fletcher
