Middlesbrough made it four wins out of four under new boss Kim Hellberg - but how did each player fare against QPR at the Riverside?
Goals from David Strelec and Morgan Whittaker put Boro in control in the first half, before Tommy Conway converted from the penalty spot five minutes after half time.
QPR pulled a goal back courtesy of a Nicolas Madsen penalty. Here’s how each Boro player fared:

1. Sol Brynn - 8
Didn’t have many saves to make but assisted Whittaker with an excellent pass from a goal kick. Beaten by a second-half penalty. 8 | Getty Images

2. Callum Brittain - 8
Impressive outlet getting forward from right-back yet again. Won a penalty in the second half after cutting inside and being brought down by Koki Saito. Conceded a second half spot kick as QPR pulled one back. 8 | Getty Images

3. Luke Ayling - 7
Returned to the side at centre-back. Had to be alert in the closing stages as QPR threatened to get a second goal. Made a couple of important blocks. 7 | Getty Images

4. Alfie Jones - 8
An ever-present in Boro’s backline and a reliable figure. Coped well against QPR’s physical forward line, positioning himself well to clear danger. 8 | Getty Images
