Middlesbrough made it four wins out of four under new boss Kim Hellberg - but how did each player fare against QPR at the Riverside?
Goals from David Strelec and Morgan Whittaker put Boro in control in the first half, before Tommy Conway converted from the penalty spot five minutes after half time.
QPR pulled a goal back courtesy of a Nicolas Madsen penalty. Here’s how each Boro player fared:

5. Matt Targett - 7
Moved back out to left-back as Ayling came into the side. Had a few nervy moments on the ball but was dependable on the whole as Boro dominated possession for large spells. 7 | Getty Images

6. Alan Browne - 8
Often dropped into Boro’s backline during the build-up phrase. Was an important part of the side to help prevent QPR counter attacks. Made a crucial last-ditch tackle to stop Paul Smyth making it 3-2 eight minutes from time. 8 | Getty Images

7. Hayden Hackney - 8
Helped break the deadlock with a lovely pass to split the QPR defence and send Strelec through on goal. Kept Boro ticking with some quick passing and by driving forward with the ball. 8 | Getty Images
