Here’s how Pools could line up for the final time this season:
9. Attacking-midfield: Callum Cooke
Could be his last game in blue and white, although it seems likely the club and the midfielder will at least entertain some initial contract negotiations. If it is his last Pools outing, he'll want to go out with a bang and it would do him no harm when it comes to seeking out a new club. Photo: Mark Fletcher
10. Right-midfield: Joe Grey
Scored his 12th goal of the season and will be bidding to end an excellent season with another strong showing. Eight of his goals have come away from home this term. Photo: FRANK REID
11. Striker: Mani Dieseruvwe
Supporters will be desperately hoping that this isn't his last game for Pools. With another year still to run on his contract, it will take an exceptional offer to prize the talismanic striker away from the Suit Direct. Has scored 21 league goals this season, but hasn't scored from open play for two months. Photo: Mark Fletcher
