Here's what our Hartlepool United writer Robbie Stelling made of the Pools players after Nicky Featherstone's side secured a huge three points against one of their direct play-off rivals.

5. Cameron John: 8
Took him a while to get to the pace of the game but he grew in stature and showed impressive presence of mind to head the ball back across goal as Alex Reid pulled one back in the 40th minute, a significant moment in the contest. Was relentless in his forward runs in the second half and dovetailed really well with Tyrese Sinclair. Photo: Frank Reid

6. Jack Hunter: 6
As so often, was tidy enough in possession without exerting much of an influence on the game, albeit he improved in the second half. Would like to see him be a bit more adventurous with the ball at his feet at times. Photo: Frank Reid

7. Jamie Miley: 8
The game passed him by in the opening stages but he drew Pools level before half time with a venomous effort, his second goal of the season. Excellent in the second half and tried to make things happen with searching forward balls and driving runs from midfield. Photo: Frank Reid

8. Adam Campbell: 7
Ran his socks off and did a lot of good work with and without the ball. Lacks a bit of conviction with some of his attacking play but he caused Solihull some problems by picking up pockets of space in-between the home side's defence and midfield and he did his best to make things happen all afternoon.
