Demi, who runs the business from her home salon, said: “I’m absolutely thrilled to have achieved 80th in Skin Specialist of the Year in the whole of the UK.

“It still feels so surreal, I’m forever grateful to my clients and I’m absolutely over the moon I’ve placed.

“I was still over the moon to be a finalist, there is so much talent in the industry but to be placed is also amazing.”

Specialising in facial treatments, Radiance and Glow has built a reputation for personalised service, creativity, technical expertise and client care.

The UK Hair and Beauty Awards celebrate the people and businesses helping to shape the UK hair and beauty industry, giving professionals across the country the opportunity to have their work independently assessed and recognised.

Sophie Lux, the awards CEO and founder said: “We’re incredibly proud to see Demi Howlett and Radiance and Glow achieve this recognition.

“Their placing is a reflection of the passion, hard work and dedication they bring to what they do, and we’re so proud to celebrate their success as part of this year’s awards.”

Looking ahead, Demi plans to expand the business by introducing new treatments and a new workspace.
