Here's what our Hartlepool United writer Robbie Stelling made of the Pools players following Saturday's damaging defeat at home to Halifax Town.

Was involved in some nice moves but still needs to impact games more. Photo: Frank Reid
10. Tyrese Sinclair: 7
Was generally pretty well-marshalled by Halifax but still managed to cause the Shaymen plenty of problems, hitting the crossbar with a free-kick in the first half. The challenge for the York City loanee will be adapting now he is likely to be a marked man by most teams, while Pools will also need to work out how to take some of the pressure off him by providing a threat from elsewhere. 11. Charlie Caton: 5
Worked hard but was a peripheral figure throughout and doesn't look especially well-suited to operating as a lone striker. Photo: Frank Reid
12. Calvin Okike: 7
Was exposed defensively on a couple of occasions but looked comfortable after coming on at half time, impressing with his pace and purposeful forward runs. Photo: Frank Reid
