Hartlepool United’s National League match at Eastleigh has been abandoned at half-time due to a waterlogged pitch.

The sides went in at 0-0 at half-time and the referee quickly made a call to abandon the match after 45-minutes.

Luke Williams’ second debut lasted just 17-minutes after he was forced off due to injury.

The game will now have to be replayed within the next 40 days.
