Late goals from Luke Armstrong and Gavan Holohan cancelled out Tom Knowles’ second half opener and saw Pools claim another big three points on home turf.

The win sees Dave Challinor’s side move up to third in the table going into Tuesday night's match at Wrexham (7pm kick-off).
