Hartlepool murder investigation: Sister of Mohammed Shaan Ali Rasul pays tribute to him as 'man with the biggest heart'
The family of a 23-year-old man who sadly died following an incident at an address in Hartlepool on Sunday have paid tribute, describing him as having “the biggest heart”.
Cleveland Police today named Mohammed Shaan Ali Rasul, known as Shaan, as the person who died at a house in Allerton Close, at Dyke House, that is now the focus of a murder investigation.
In a statement, his sister said: “Our beloved brother Shaan. We can’t imagine the pain you suffered and can’t believe you are no longer here. “You had the biggest heart a man could ever have, but our hearts are broken and heavy.
"We will love you forever, Our brother Shaan.”

The statement was released just after 22-year-old Callum Howe, of Allerton Close, appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court charged with murder.
He was remanded in custody to Teesside Crown Court on Thursday morning.
A 23-year-old man who was also arrested on suspicion of murder has been bailed with conditions as enquires continue.
