Hartlepool United top scorer Gime Toure handed three match ban for violent conduct during 4-1 FA Cup third round defeat at Oxford United

Gime Toure has been suspended for three matches after accepting a charge of violent conduct during Saturday’s 4-1 FA Cup defeat at Oxford United.

Toure came on as a substitute during the match at the Kassam Stadium has retrospectively been adjudged to have hit one of the opposition players with his arm in an incident that was missed by the match officials at the time.

After admitting the offence Toure will miss matches against Eastleigh, Dover Athletic and Yeovil Town.
